French mother (!?) kidnapped SINCE 31/08/1998 her 4-year-old child from its Greek father and left for France. Thenceforth, using every cunning and unfair means, forbid every contact and communication between the father and the child for eleven (11) years. Thenceforth the father is trying via the Greek and the French authorities to achieve a legislative permission but it is useless. The fact that the Greek Courts of Law (WITH ONLY ONE BRIGHT EXCEPTION) have given the responsibility of the child to this mother is a scandal. A scandal also is the attitude of the French state whitherto the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs has sent nine (9) propositions.
